Out of Town Guests
We have patients who fly in from all over the United States and the World for our specialized expertise and exceptional customized surgical results.
Our team is here to help you on your journey to rejuvenation so here is how it works:
Call or Email Us
Contact us with your name, email, phone number and a detailed description of your concerns and questions. Simply email our patient care coordinator Polina at [email protected] or call Polina at (212) 738-8700.
Include recent close-up photos of yourself from a variety of angles. You can then mail or email them to our office, attention Polina. Email [email protected] or mail to 925 Park Avenue, New York, NY 10028.
Virtual Skype Consultation
Polina will then work with you to complete additional patient information needed and she’ll set up an online virtual Skype call for you and the surgeon(s) to talk in more detail and get to know each other better.
The surgeon(s) will assess if you are a good candidate for the procedures you are interested in and, if so, Polina will give you further details such as pre-operative care, costs, recovery and local accommodations to make your experience as convenient, private and comfortable as possible.
Schedule Your Procedure
A $1,000 deposit is required to reserve your surgery date. This is non-refundable after two business days. The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to your surgery date. We accept AMX, Master Card, Visa.
Paperwork For You To Sign PRIOR to Surgery
Polina will provide you with a packet containing pre-operative instructions and procedure consents. These documents must be read carefully and all instructions followed closely. All consents must be signed in the presence of a notary public, and notarized (if domestic), or authenticated by an official witness (if international).
You can fly into Laguardia, JFK International, or Newark Liberty International Airports. A limo, cab or Uber can take you from the airport to your hotel.
Note: You MUST arrive one to two days prior to your surgery date. That way, you can meet with the surgeon(s) for a more in depth consultation. The surgeon(s) have the ultimate final decision to determine to move forward or cancel your surgery, given what they discover at the 1-on-1 consultation.
The first night, our patients stay at an after care facility and then relocate to a comfortable and convenient nearby hotel of their choice since the surgeon(s) want to see you how you’re doing. You’ll be able to return home 7-10 days later.
