Dr. Moskowitz’s interest in surgery developed at a young age after he experienced an injury that required reconstructive surgery. He went on to receive his B.S. from Wesleyan University in 1983 and earned his M.D. from SUNY Downstate Medical School. He then completed his residency training in Ophthalmology and a fellowship in Oculoplastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the New York Eye & Ear Infirmary, where he remains an active member of their Oculoplastic and Reconstructive Service, both as an instructor and practitioner. Doctor Moskowitz has been a featured lecturer and author throughout his career, both domestically and abroad.
His practice encompasses all areas of oculoplastic, cosmetic, and reconstructive surgery, including functional, cosmetic, and revision surgeries. He performs approximately 400 major cases, and hundreds of office procedures each year, while also specializing in both cosmetic and medical injectable treatments, such as Botox and fillers.
