You can go home the same day after a liposuction procedure. Most patients take one to two weeks off work, depending on the extent of their surgery. There will be some swelling, bruising, and discomfort in the treatment area during this time, and we’ll prescribe pain medication if needed.
We will give you detailed aftercare instructions before their procedure and may instruct you to wear a compression garment for a few weeks. Swelling and bruising after liposuction may initially obscure the results. Patients generally see improvements within two months as the swelling subsides, with optimal results in approximately three to six months. I had breast augmentation lift with Dr Stein in 2020, he is amazing! I had 3 consultations over the years prior to meeting him and could never feel ready with any doctor but after sitting with him I was ready immediately. He made me very comfortable and his work came out beautiful. I have very light marks which should be expected because I am dark skinned & I didn't take the scar therapy that was offered, but I recommend it. I gained some weight now so I will visit him again.
