Facelift scars are camouflaged by clever placement, making them very difficult to see once they heal. Specifically, facelift incisions are placed:

Behind the ears
Along or within the hairline
Underneath the chin (in a natural crease)

The placement of your facelift incision will largely depend on the type of facelift surgery you opt for. For example, a mini facelift may only require an incision around the ears, while a full facelift may include incisions along the hairline and behind the ears.
